Absolutely terrible stay, up all hours with people running around the hotel, kids making all sorts of noise through the night. The walls and floors shake with every movement and to top it off someone smashed a window right outside our room. Yes, you get what you pay for, but having to pay a further £25 deposit for the dogs when other people with rowdy kids and who break windows don’t pay deposits is a joke. If you want anything close to a peaceful sleep then do not book here!

This hotel is nice clean staff lovely and rooms nice breakfast was continetal all you can eat was really nice closecto wibter gardens iv been twice now and will deff be booking again it just shame there homeless people sleeping outside of the hotel that makes you feel abit unsafe

Was in an ideal location for me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was really comfortable. Great selection for continental breakfast.

Staff was really helpful and went above and beyond with any issues. Staff here are not the issue: it’s the upkeep of the hotel: it’s falling apart. Holes botch job covered up. Dirty room found a kids dummy and food chest of draws. Wouldn’t return but the staff was very helpful. I’m sorry

When we arrived, we were handed our electronic key , my daughter had a separate room and it hadnt been cleaned however sje was given a new room straightaway. Our room was ok , the shower screen was broken but was soon fixed. We slept fine. The buffet breakfast was a good feature, which included cereals , pastries , toast , fruit and boiled eggs. Tea, coffee and juice aswell. Overall not a bad stay for the price we paid.

Website says limited parking. None at all. The guy running it was very obtuse. Very negative. A jobs worth. Double room with 3 coat hangers. Curtain rail hanging off. No toilet brush. Uncomfortable bed. I will never stay there again,,,ever. Hated it.

Arrived to be told 2nd floor was moved to ground floor. Dated room, BUT spotless bed, bedding and towels bed comfy , dated bathroom BUT AGAIN shower worked great Continental breakfast, coffee tea orange apple juicec toast ham cheese eggs jams self-serve all very clean Staff were lovely and friendly People want everything for nothing, with the cist of living these days the hotel was good value for money well done 👏!

Good hotel needs a bit update, clean staff helpful and easy to talk to, breakfast was good plenty of choice, shower water was good plenty of hot water, TV worked fine,decent size room handy for shopping centre and cinema ect , will staying again

Well where do I began the room mould in shower and hair on the tiles from previous occupants dirt on carpet thick layer of dust on shelf above bed curtains stained drawers had stains in mattress stained TV remote didn't work properly toilet hard to flush toilet roll holder hanging by a thread wallpaper peeling in places into the hallway decoration half attempted hallway stank of smoke and other substances although smoking not allowed in rooms Continental breakfast well if there was any left that is and when there was all the pastries were burnt and it was pastries 2 choices and toast or cereal that looked like it been there a while or probably the cheapest they could find would never stay again only good thing few minute walk to sea front

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The shower in bathroom was outdated. We told staff at reception and she said will get someone to have a look at it. Nothing at all it was just left how it was. I would avoid staying here. Itself a waste of money. And very limited options for breakfast

Amazing affordable hotel
Can’t believe the price I paid for this amazing hotel! Friendly staff, free breakfast mini fridge behind reception with drinks and snacks for quick and easy purchase… also have a bar and a lovely little seating area outside. My girls loved this hotel!
