"Perfect get away. People were extremely nice in the town and everything was perfect according to the listing. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is there were tree ants in the cabinets from open sugar. Will be back!"

"We had a wonderful time! Clean and stocked with essentials. Cozy and the lower level was our fave place to hang out. Easy to find and not too far from town. Close to Blanchard Springs! Definitely will be back"

"This is our third time staying with Frank and Caleb and we can never say enough good things! Clean, clean, clean!! Quiet, surrounded by the beauty of nature. Yet, still convenient to absolutely everything in the area. Wild turkeys, deer, chipmunks, squirrels all amble through. Well, the chipmunks ..."
