No pets please. Wonderful outdoor space with plenty of comfortable deck space Two outdoor security camaras on the front ans back deck help keep an eye on your property as well as mine but no camaras inside. The property has plenty of room to pull a trailer up to and around the property. Nessled next to several large indiana great parks for hiking, biking, fishing, boating and lake actives. Located just S of lake Monroe It is just minutes away from several boat ramps and lake access sites including state recrreation area for rentals and just 10 miles to IU a wonderful small college town. IU has plenty of arts, cultureal museums, architectural beautiful builings made with our counties own limestone. Our nearby State and federal lands nearby include Paynetown, Cutright and Allen’s Creek, Harden Ridge, Brown County State Park, Charles Deen and Hoosier National Forest all protected lands for us to enjoy. Hoosier National forestry is the back yard Hardin Ridge is one of the nicest bike riding and camping sites in the areaa. Brown County state park is listed as a national top mountain bike destination stops.

Great spot
Pictures were great representation. We were able to check in early. The surrounding area was spacious and great for a fall visit. Could easily see going back and would recommend. It was hard to leave-more to explore and felt likr home.
