check in staff at night were a little rude and i unexpectedly had to pay a $150 inconvenience fee which they stated would be refunded. first room smelled like cigarettes and mirror was dirty, second room was better but the mirror was still dirty and found hair in some places. bed was also itchy although i saw no bed bugs , probably the detergent that was used.

When we checked in Friday night, the room smelled very musty. I had opened the window to get rid of the musty smell, but there was a guy in the parking lot running his diesel engine right in our room. So I Closed the window, got over the smell, and went to sleep. Saturday night was a whole different story. The people next to us were partying until 6 AM smoking pot in the hallways, screaming, playing loud music, and nothing was said to them. When I spoke to the front desk person in the morning, he said sorry, but it’s homecoming weekend. I would’ve thought that he would’ve had a better response than that. Saturday night I got zero sleep because of the excessive noise and partying until 6 o’clock in the morning. Also, when they came to clean the room, they opened up the window and didn’t say anything to us. I was on the first floor and did not feel safe , I don’t know if there was a leaky air conditioning or what it was, but the room was very musty and it smelled

I travel the country make deliveries of motorsport products.I generally get in late and leave early,just sleeping and taking a shower.The $100 incidental Charge Ridiculous !

The room smelled so bad the clock didn’t work nor the phone it took 12 hours for the leaking fridge to get my water chilled vending machine didn’t work and at breakfast the juice was warm but the bed was comfortable.. the window did open … and it was 120.00 ….. it did the job

The room, while clean, clearly needed some updating and the musty smell nearly knocked you over when walking in the door. Breakfast was very unremarkable (paper plates/bowls and plastic utensils/cups) for probably the worst coffee my wife says she's ever had. We are pretty disappointed with the price we paid and won't be returning to this property.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The location had a lot of fast food/easy restaurants to go to. However, it was dirty and felt dirty. Pool window looked like there were bullet holes in them. However, we did feel safe. When I asked my kids if they loved it, they said it was the best hotel! Mind you they are 3 and 7 yrs old but they had fun and that is what is important along with proper treatment from staff. When we checked out the front desk staff gave my kids a treat for the road.
