This hotel featured a beautiful river view. It had a top floor dining room and lounge that was fabulous, also with great views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Great breakfast there and a great evening meal. Interestingly, the rooftop facility was not well publicized in this small hotel. It is accessed through an outside staircase, through a non-descript grey door three floors up. There was no signage in the hotel telling you where it was!

Razoavel, o banheiro tinha vazamento no cano do chuveiro que fazia espirrar agua alem do normal, o ralo estava entupido que enchia e teria que reduzir o nivel de agua para poder escoar e tinha teia de aranha no teto e no baculante da janela.

O atendimento na recepção é excelente, principalmente da funcionária Gabriele que nos recebeu no check-in. Também considero como excelente a flexibilidade da gerência no que se refere a antecipar o horário do café da manhã em virtude de uma prova de concurso que começaria bem cedo. O quarto, apesar do conforto, não possui isolamento acústico: é possível ouvir todo o barulho dos frequentadores do restaurante quando estão na recepção. O hotel é próximo da área do Mirante e fácil acesso à rodoviária.

O Hotel tem um Bar mega badalado! Seria ótimo se o barulho do som não entrasse quarto a dentro praticamente o dia inteiro. Não é um barulho pontual... é um som alto no café da manhã, desnecessário... além disso a região é barulhenta a noite, misturou o barulho do bar com o de um show que estava acontecendo próximo. Acho que o hotel, realmente, precisa decidir se quer ser um Hotel ou um Bar... não dá para conciliar os dois. A vista para o Rio Branco remete tranquilidade e proximidade da natureza e vc não encontra isso no hotel. Além disso, os funcionários passam a noite fazendo barulhos: de conversas altas entre eles, de músicas no celular... é muito incomodo. Falta uma separação entre os quartos e a recepção e também sendo dos funcionários de não ouvirem musica de Reels num volume alto as 23hs... as 4hs da madrugada... qualquer horario... impossível descansar! SE VOCÊ PRETENDE DESCANSAR NUM LUGAR TRANQUILO, NÃO VÁ PARA ESSE HOTEL! VALE MAIS A PENA IR PRO IBIS COM A VISTA DO ATACADAO, DO QUE A VISTA DO RIO BRANCO COM UMA BARULHEIRA DESSA!

O quarto é confortável e limpo, e o café da manhã é excelente. De modo geral o hotel é muito bom! O único problema é que o quarto que fiquei era no primeiro andar, e já na hora de dormir, entre 22 e 23h, ainda tinha bastante barulho na recepção. Sempre escutava conversas e porta batendo, o que me incomoda bastante na hora de dormir.

Tivemos alguns problemas mas no geral é bom
Ficamos em 2 quartos neste hotel, o primeiro o banheiro era muito ruim, pia pequena, sem bancada ao redor da cuba, foto diferente do app e estava suja td avomodaçao inclusive com restos alimentares na geladeira, porem as camas de ambos os quartos eram muito boas, o chuveiro bom, o segundo quarto, esse sim parecia a foto app, banheiro e acomodaçao igual ao oferecido. Porem limpeza foi solicidade no periodo da manha e qnd retornamos as 19hrs n tinha sido realizada. Os funcionarios muito educados, solicitos, mas falta organização, fui cobrada 2x, pelo app e pelo hotel mesmo falando q ja havia pago pelo app, mais tarde reconheceram o erro e estornaram o cartao. A vista para o rio é maravilhosa e o bar do hotel na cobertura tem comidas incriveis e cerveja bem gelada e musica ao vivo. No geral tirando os por menores gostamos muito do hotel, fica bem localizado, proximo a orla.

As fotos do quarto no site se divergem com realidade no hotel, ate perguntei a atendente se meu quarto estava errado, pois o banheiro era totalmente diferente da foto, menor, pia sem bancada e a vista da sacada tbm pois tem um toldo. Os funcionarios sao muito solista, atenciosos, educados o q superou os outros detalhes.

Muito legal a vista para o Rio Branco, na verdade é incrível! O ponto alto do hotel! Café da manhã bem servido, fazem na hora a tapioca, o cuscuz, tem café expresso. E não tem barulho a noite, pois na área do café da manhã, a noite é aberto ao público.

Vista do Rio Branco bloqueada
Gostei, porém eles não aproveitam a vista maravilhosa do Rio Branco. No café da manhã sentei de frente para o rio e começou a entrar o Sol e uma funcionária fechou a cortina!!! Eu sentei exatamente para apreciar a vista e eles simplesmente fecharam com uma cortina escura que não se vê NADA!!! Falei para a funcionária falar para o proprietário colocar pelo menos Insufilme pq não passa o calor e não podemos perder o privilégio desta Paisagem!!! Grata, Cláudia
