The staff's indifference ruins the hotel experienc
While the hotel offers a convenient location and spacious rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, our stay was significantly compromised by the unprofessional and indifferent attitude of the staff. Problems began immediately upon arrival when we encountered a faulty door lock. Instead of offering an immediate solution such as a room change, the maintenance staff left us waiting outside with our luggage while attempting to fix the issue. The lock problem recurred two more times during our stay, and each time we had to wait again for maintenance assistance. Bottom Line: Despite the hotel's physical advantages, the poor service and indifferent attitude of the staff significantly detract from the guest experience. We recommend considering other options in the area.

Very happy with our stay at the Wyndham Boca Raton! The staff was wonderful and friendly. The restaurant and bar in the hotel was incredible and room was spacious and comfortable! Super clean and the staff’s attention to detail made this stay 5 stars for our visit!
