Boddington Retreat is the ideal home to book for a weekend or just one night. It is self contained and is centrally located in the middle of Boddington. It has a wood fire in the middle of the house. It is your ideal getaway. Located only 800 metres from Hotham River you can go for a great walk. The Happy Soul cafe is only 50 metres up the road which is ideal for breakfast or a coffee. We only rent out the whole house not individual rooms. It has a wood stove in the centre of the house and two airconditioners to keep you warm. Wood is provided and it has nbn WIFI

Quaint little place to stay, right in the middle of town. Worked perfectly as we had work in the area over a few days. All the amenities provided you could need. Nice little coffee shop around the corner that opens early

Cosy Hidden Gem
Everything was neat and clean. The house is very cosy, the beds comfy and warm. Well equipped kitchen, everything we needed. We had a small glitch with the fire wood, and the host was easy to get hold of and rectified the issue very promptly. (previous people broke the axe + man hadn't delivered wood) Had good coffee at Double Shot, the IGA is well stocked. Lucky enough to catch a local market as well. Very highly recommend.

Disappointing and dirty
The property has obviously had a lot of effort put into it at some point but when we arrived it hadn’t been cleaned and was pretty disgusting. After we had spent hours cleaning ourselves when we couldn’t contact her owner through email call website or text, finally we got a call and the owner managed to get someone to come out who did a 35 rush around and left loads of dirty things which we still had to clean the next day. There are significant worn and non-functional items despite the nice fit out. We felt we should have been offered some refund at the least. Definitely wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because you can’t rely on it. Neighbours were lovely though

Lovely property well stocked
This property had everything. We had a great stay and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and the stocked cupboards with plenty of everything we would need. Loved the fire and the provision of plenty of firewood. Great for our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teenagers 2 younger children). Lovely town we had a great stay, thanks Melanie.

Boddington Bliss
Boddington is a beautiful surprise from the cute and comfortable blue cottage to the natural beauty of the river and surrounds, wonderful all ages playground and fitness equipment (that adults can definitely enjoy too), friendly, well priced arts and craft centre, interesting art trail...and well I'll leave some things for you to discover too (including the bakery).
