Let's start with hotel operations and customer service because that was definitely the worst part of this whole experience. This hotel is poorly managed, poor leadership and no accountability to the staff. So many guests at the desk complaining for all different reasons and the staff are numb to it and shake their heads like- yep, you're right, this is bad, we know... The GM has instructed the staff not to give out his contact details because he doesn't want to be bombarded with the complaints. The lack of leadership starts right there at the top. It's subject to multiple power outages due to its "remoteness" which is not the hotels fault, but something to be mindful of, especially if you plan to rely on elevators. The layout is vast and you have to take SEVERAL elevator rides and stairs to get anywhere. This is is not a place for folks with handicap or mobility issues FYI. The daily housekeeping doesn't clean, they only put fresh towels and make the bed. They do not clean the bathroom in between. Not sure if that's what should be expected or if this is a service failure. The sink, shower and toilet were never cleaned during our stay. So many terrible examples of poor customer service, the valet lost our car key 3 different times. The taxi process is a mess, you request for one, your first in line, several others come, everyone is waiting, some other employee takes over and then it's a free for all for taxis because he has no idea who's waiting. Would never stay here again

Had a lovely holiday at this resort in Bodrum! 🌞 The highlight of our stay was definitely Azeel — he was incredibly helpful and professional throughout and truly went above and beyond to assist us and sort out several issues. 🙌 The location and atmosphere were great, but the hotel would benefit from paying more attention to housekeeping and overall cleanliness. With a bit more care in that area, this place could be truly exceptional. Thanks again to Azeel for making our stay smoother!

The hotel itself is a little dated, but the rooms were clean, cool, and exactly what you’d expect from a decent modern hotel. Showers were fine. Breakfast was a real highlight – plenty of choice and great quality. Staff seemed a bit hot and flustered at times, maybe even slightly grumpy, but to be fair, they were helpful when needed. The standout feature of the hotel is definitely the outdoor decking area by the sea – peaceful, scenic, and perfect for unwinding. After reading so many negative reviews, I was a bit sceptical, but overall we were pleasantly surprised. Some people seem overly picky and would complain no matter what – we had no issues, especially for the price we paid. It was just me and the Mrs, and we had a really good break. We usually stay in 5-star hotels, but this one actually suited what we needed perfectly – a simple switch-off in Turkey.

Reception did not provide details upon check in. Hard to get beach towels after 5pm even though it was supposed to be 6pm At breakfast, not all the food had signs. I asked several times what the sauce was and the staff kept saying it was chocolate even though it was Nutella. So for someone with allergies not good. Difficult to get a taxi because some people got “priority”

Hotel is located on a hill and it has its own private beach, so lots of elevators and stairs involved which is kind of tiring, and not handicapped friendly. Good Turkish breakfast, excellent view of Bodrum Castle. The sea is gorgeous, you swim with lots of fish around you. You can walk to Bodrum in about 30 mins downhill, but definitely need a taxi to come back, which is affordable

The staff were rude throughout the entire property, with the exception of the one hostess at the beach bar. Everyone had an attitude as if you were inconveniencing them. My room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned upon arrival and additionally the tv wasn’t working at all.

The staff are very friendly, however we did have a few issues during our stay. Our aircon was not working and the toilet wouldn’t flush and although these were fixed it was very inconvenient to arrive to those issues. In addition, the lift was often broken or took ages, and there are also a lot of stairs you have to walk up in the hotel where there are no lifts. This was very tiring in 36 degree heat. The breakfast was average and so was the snack bar.

The property was so beautiful in person. It's on top of a hill so the views from getting to and leaving the resort were absolutely stunning. The beach area was very nice, the pool was great and they also had so many other fun things to do such as ping-pong table, pool, darts etc. Breakfast had a wide variety of options for everyone: fresh custom omlette, variety of fruits, and so much dessert! The staff were all great and the room was very nice. The only thing that I didn't like was getting to the room, you have to take 2 separate elevators and it was a bit confusing. Also the location of breakfast was a bit hard to get to on the first day as well, you need someone to guide you. There are also a LOT of stairs from the room area to the pool and beach. There is an elevator but it takes forever and they're not really close to each other. But overall great hotel and would definitely recommend it!
