Our villa is 5 minutes walking distance to D-Marine, Beach, Minibus Stops and Bazaar.
Despite its central location, you will experience an atmosphere of peace in nature with bird sounds and olive trees.
You will experience the comfort of a boutique hotel with high ceilings and spacious atmosphere in the villa.
The most important feature of our villa is its central location.
D-MARIN, which is the heart of Turgutreis, has many restaurants, coffee shops, pool, gym, big market, bank, boutique, local restaurants (Turkish breakfast, kebab, Aegean food).Our villa is 700 metres away from this location. 5 minutes walking distance.
Our single floor villa has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. One of the rooms is decorated for remote workers as a study room.
There are 2 rooms and air conditioning in the lounge.
Underfloor heating is used between November and March in winter months.
The bedrooms have a double bed measuring 180 cm and 160 cm.3. our room is a study room. The bed in the study room is 120 cm.
