i have been to your proper a few times and the other dann carloton in bogota many times, i love your breakfast buffet, your employees are very friendly and always treat me very well i am old school and have gone to the gym for many years, the equipment is old school and is very effective, i saw many people come in and not know how to use the machines, the pool, sauna and steam are all first class, not much you can say wrong about this place, i love you guys.

This was my second visit to Bogota in the last few months and I was travelling alone this time. Unfortunately, while enjoying myself walking around Parque 93 I was targeted and robbed of by some slick people posing as undercover police; my cash, credit card, driver's license and IPhone were taken. It was a good thing I left my passport in the hotel safe along with a bit of cash. Some locals came to my rescue and brought me to a police station. The police escorted me back to the hotel and the staff tried to help me with many telephone calls. I was leaving the morning after the unfortunate incident but I racked up hundreds of dollars worth of long distance phone calls. The hotel front desk lady conferred with the duty manager and they graciously waived all my telephone fees. Although I was shaken up nonetheless I still very much like Colombian people and the compassion of the hotel staff confirmed that most people are good.
