The only thing about this property that is really of concern is their security staff. A few of them were very helpful when my iPhone went missing, they wanted to help and ensure I got back my phone. Food wasn’t all that great but also wasn’t all that bad. Staff were friendly, however language barrier became an issue for me and no fault of the staff. Overall the stay was a good one. But I cannot say I would recommend anyone come there as it appears people form the community could enter, steal from hotel guest and nothing comes out of it.

Luxury without Cost
Clean with a friendly staff. Few dining options after 8pm but otherwise a lovely, grand hotel that is well worth the cost (a value but more for your dollar than in the US). I'll stay again!

Old hotel and it shows. Water pipes had an air leak and would sputter intermittently and violently. Half the outlets did not work. One window was broken and open. Very loud - needed earplugs all the time. The staff were nice and professional and it was clean. When I asked, advised to avoid outside after dark and half the area even during the day. Will not be back.

This place is amazing. The rooms are a bit outdated and the walls are thin but everyone keeps quiet. The staff and service is amazing, extremely courteous and friendly. Also the breakfast is included and the selection is amazing! Plenty of shopping within a 5 minute walk. This is my third time staying at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

Dont get a room there
The shower tub was old with paint chipped away, there was mold around the handles caulk, mold in the grout between the tiles and on my 2nd day there the pipe broke flooding the bathroom. The room was very small the bed was the only comfortable aspect of the room. The same food everyday for breakfast with poor servers, asked for coffee 3 times 1 day asked for a refill didnt get it.

Good, central location. Breakfast Buffet was amazing! Property feels a little run down, windows are thin, it gets noisy from the outside. There was a lot of people in the hallway running around at night. There is one elevator to access the hotel room, it gets busy and the wait is long.
