My experience at this hotel was excellent. Shuttle to and from the airport was very easy. The on-site restaurant was excellent also! The entire facility and room was very clean and comfortable, all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t explore the area around the hotel, so I can not speak to that nor the safety of the area.

Hard to find anything good to say about this place
This place has a telephone system that doesn't get answered by a humanoid, no matter what extension you try. Don't try get in touch with them. It advertises a shuttle service that either is non existent or non functioning. The front desk staff is surly and inefficient, and the rooms, while relatively clean, stink of some chemical and are otherwise no great thing. The hotel has no heating, and the blankets don't keep you warm, so take plenty of warm pajamas for those chilly Bogota nights. The best moment of my stay at this joint was the moment I left it
