Last time I stayed here was 7 years ago and had a good experience. I booked for the close proximity of the airport and the shuttle. My experience at this time was much worse than years ago to a degree that I will choose not stay at this hotel in future. There is so much more and better competition around. Issues: no soundproofing or windows, doors or walls. You can hear the conversation of your next door neighbour. Lound common area music turned on by management at 7:00am. Security personally inefficient. Food quality is poor. Restaurant/bar staff's knowledge of the menu is very limited. Similar with reception. The wing I stayed at was a construction area and I asked for a quiet room. Because of the high traffic of guests for just 1 or 2 nights stay, management's attention to details and services comes across compromised and poor.

Clean nice hotel for those who need an early morning flight hotel. They have a shuttle and all are very friendly. My flight was at 7 am so I needed to be at the airport at 5. The perfect place to stay.

Arrived late due to flight delay. Placed in room that was on ground floor and close to proximity of construction and work being undertaken on adjoining rooms. Would have preferred a room that was more private and less noisy. Food at breakfast was moderate
