The hotel did not clean my room regularly. There are not even sufficient towels in the hotel. The hotel does not have any rules and regulations to prevent guests from making noise. Some adult guests and their children run around on all floors of the hotel, yell, and make disturbance. Their children would knock all of the doors of the rooms of the other guests without any reason. It is very annoying. Breakfast is insufficient and has undesirable items. Only WiFi strength was good.

El hotel estuvo excelente, bien ubicado, económico, el desayuno delicioso, lo único que dejamos de comentario para mejorar es la inestabilidad de la ducha y que la cama suena mucho cuando uno se mueve, de resto, todo perfecto

La peor experiencia de hotel San Sebastián
Un hotel que tiene haciendo arreglos locativos, demasiado ruido por parte de los trabajadores, además el recepcionista hace mucho ruido en las noches no respeta el descanso de los huéspedes, además no tiene un parqueadero, y los que se encuentran alrededor son muy costosos el día vale 37.000 por lo tanto muy costoso. El desayuno únicamente dan huevos café y pan, no brindan otras opciones para nuestras familias,

El Hotel es excelente en ubicación y en servicio al cliente en especial Humberto de la recepción que es muy dedicado al servicio, y en general todos se esmeraron en servicio al cliente.
