Terrible stay, not appropriate for families traveling with small kids. Horrible experience from the minute of arrival to the departure. NOT a family hotel. I checked out on the 29th of June and the hotel still has not refunded the remainder of the reservation. Horrible experience and the front desk agents aren't kind or understand human condition. Agents refused to provide names and absolutely rude with every encounter.

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia con el check-in fue muy desagradable. Aunque el horario de entrada estaba pautado para las 3:00 p.m., no nos asignaron las habitaciones sino hasta las 7:00 p.m. Al llegar, preguntamos si podíamos ingresar antes o dejar las maletas, y nos dijeron que no tenían espacio disponible. Salimos a cenar y regresamos dos horas después, y aún así nos informaron que debíamos seguir esperando. Recién después de insistir en la recepción y mostrar nuestra molestia, nos asignaron las habitaciones pasadas las 6:30 p.m. Un servicio muy decepcionante para un hotel de esta categoría.

Nice hotel in Marly - brekfast is great. Keep in mind though the rooms can be quite noisy - there are clubs playing music until the early hours on Saturday night.
