I was told at check in that I could not have friends or family come to my room. This is not told at making reservation. I have never heard this policy, Therefore, I am trying to cancel the Click Clack in Medellin for the next couple of days. Also, the bar upstairs, you cant charge to your room? that's annoying!!! I had to go back downstairs to get my wallet. Also the bathroom shower door does not work.

Great hotel to stay in and enjoy the area which is full of beautiful restaurants and walking streets . Staff is very friendly and attentive when there is any issue . Room and prices are optimal . XL Room didnt have a view, L rooms have a better view. I think it should be the other way around if you’re paying top dollar for the most expensive room then it should have a view. Rooftop was great, breakfast amazing.
