Wasnt the best hotel but also not the worst. Lots of random people either sitting outside or walking around the parking lot especially on the back side of the property all hours of the night i also seen bosie police everynight that i was there sitting in the parking lot. The hotel advertised a bar but i found out its permanently closed they also advertise a restaurant but they are only open for a couple of hours. The building is also kind of out of date. While waiting to check in two customers came down stating their tv wasnt working they switched them rooms then come to find out mine also wasnt working and they also switched me rooms as well.

My cleaning lady was extremely gracious. I needed extra coffee and she immediately stepped out and grabbed a handful. For the next 2 days I had just the right amount for my stay. And, she was so very pleasant and willing to please. I was in room 19. Please pass on my gratitude.

Hotel pictures online are bot what your getting. This place is a low end and outdated, with staff and locals sitting outside smoking. Its pretty bad IMO. Loys of VERY shady people all over. If my trip wasn’t for only one night I would have left for sure.

I did not enjoy my stay. I was lied to about the $50 hold on my debit card they said it would be credited back on checking out. It isn't. Check-in was a nightmare. There was very little water pressure in the shower and the handheld shower head was damaged. The $50 hold stays in place for up to a week on a person's debit card. Hopefully you won't need that for gas money to get home. Fortunately we dont, but seriously.

A lot of transiant activity , room sharing,staying in parking lot, drug use,was suprised for proximity to boise airport.left for dinner one evening had no parking when we returned due to people staying in the lot shared with another hotel next door. facilities very run down. Would not stay here again even though staff seemed very freindly and helpful.

Not worth the $

The 24 hour shuttle is actually an Uber during off hours which works, however, the hotel is dirty, the rooms are not in good shape and the check in staff wasn't very friendly.

Crappy customer service. ...

Service staff was very rude when I asked for new towels because the ones in my room had boogers (yes, snot..) on them. I was yelled at because the towels for use at checkout (seriously... ). Read last statement for cleanliness of room. Pink mold in shower and tge fliiring/transition was in conolete from where you get ready to the bathroom. The bed was semi comfortable, definitely not the worst I slept in
