Located opposite the main railway station makes it ideal for travelling to or from. Room was clean and tidy. Staff pleasant and friendly Rooms at back are overlooking an apartment block which isn't the best view Ideal for a short stay

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and a great option if it is hot like during our stay. Our room was large and spacious. Staff were very kind and provided great eating options. We had one of our favorite Italian meals courtesy of the front desks recommendations. Thank you Una!

Our stay at UNOHotel was excellent. Front desk went out of our way to help and answer any questions. They called us a taxi, provided maps for things to do in Bologna and were so kind. The hotel breakfast was had the best food and in the evening had snacks at the bar. Our room was comfortable and everything we needed. We felt very safe here. Thank you Hotel Bologna for your great service.

Perfect Location

The hotel was clearly recently remodeled or built but not very well maintained. The toilet broke the same day and the shower had some mold. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located right in front of the train station and 25min walk to the main catedral.

Fair stay overnight
Bathroom was very comfortable and there was enough space. However, room was having terrible view on garbage downstairs. Beds were on wheels which was flexible but one of them was still moving. Breakfast was very good. Price 4.50 Eur for small juice in the fridge was too high.

Room was minimalistic and tiny, hard for 2 people to navigate. Shower moldy. No glasses, just disgusting paper cups. Limited quantity & poor quality of food, burnt pancakes. Staff was unpleasant, especially manager Marcel and Giorhia, when I asked her for a manager’s name she replied that it was a private information and she couldn’t share it with me without permission. Second day only one bath and one hand towels were left in the room, I had to call twice to a front desk to get a second set.
