Friendly staff, the property is dated. Pros: large TV (not able to be used as a smart TV/netflix etc.), large fridge, AC unit, Coffee and toiletries regularly refilled by housekeeping, easy parking and access to main street, fairly quiet area. Cons: shower was broken and made a high pitched squeal when in use, toilet seat loose, bed wasn't great (it was fairly old so it had a dip in it from too much sitting on the edge), requested less frequent room service but they still came every day, some amenities nearby but more available in south Cold Lake.

It is a older facilty, kept clean, lots of potted plants in the parking area. Close (waliking distacw) to the lake & some restaurants. Great for area workers. Breakfast room is small, one of the motel rooms. Breakfast is sime continemtal. Crowded.

Perfect location near the marina! Able to park our boat directly outside the room. Extremely comfortable beds! The only negative thing I can say is that the guests next to and above to our room were less than desirable, but we didn’t bother addressing the issue with staff due to our short stay. I’m sure that management would have moved us to another room if we had requested it.

Our stay was pleasant, room was very clean and a self serve breafast wss available with a varity of foods cereals, muffins etc. Coffee was exceptionally good and staff were all friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the marina and some eating places..Cheers
