There are also plenty of great restaurants and bars in town, as well as plenty of opportunities for quiet relaxation. Our charming 600-700 sq.ft. room is the perfect base for your next stay.

Retreat to our comfortable air-conditioned LODGE ROOM with 2 Queen beds and an additional Sofa bed. Curl up in front of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite show on the 40-inch flat-screen TV or connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. You'll find a mini-fridge stocked with Poland Spring water and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of Green Mountain coffee and tea. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine on the private covered porch.

Get ready for your day in the marble BATHROOM with a Kohler soaking tub and a walk-in shower. We'll provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and bathrobes. Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry facilities.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Spruce Point Inn, where our space is conveniently located. If you're traveling by car, we've got you covered with FREE outdoor parking available on-site. There is also a shuttle that runs to downtown Boothbay Harbor. Please visit the front desk to reserve a spot.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a $500 pre-authorization to be processed on your credit card.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard!
