Nice hotel directly on Boothbay Harbor
Hotel was older, but well maintained. Rooms were nothing special. Bathroom was small and dark. Best thing was the location--right on a pier looking out at the harbor. Was there in off-season, so bar and restaurant were closed, which was disappointing.

The room had all we needed. Coffee maker, fridge , tv, microwave. Area was quiet, walkable to shops, .our room was first floor facing the harbor. I made reservations in September. The view was beautiful at nite and first thing in the AM. We will definitely be back next year. The restaurant was great also

ABSOLUTELY love it here very convenient quick walk to down town. Staff is so friendly dog friendly. Its the only place I stay when I come to Boothbay

We loved the location. Very convenient to dining and shopping. The parking was a little bit of a problem. It should only be for guests staying at the hotel. Not eating at the restaurant. The only issue we had was the music Friday night and Saturday night. So loud the walls were vibrating. Do not stay in room 122 if you want a quite restful evening. But other than that would definitely stay here again just not in that building.

Excellent location. It is an older hotel right on the harbor but in excellent shape. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the harbor and the boats coming and going, shopping and restaurants all are within walking distance, upper floor access is only by stairs, parking is tight, hot tub has no privacy, and the laundry facility was expansive. Overall, it was wonderfully comfortable and an enjoyable experience. We will defiantly come back.
