Awesome stay
We loved staying in Canyon de Boracay... location wise very accessible from the main road and white beach! Paved road, nearby convenient stores, police station and restaurants. They have good food, pool and big beds (2-queen sizes instead of 2-singles), rooms are very spacious. The only downside were no wifi inside the room we stayed in but strong connection in the lobby and bad tv connection but who wants tp watch when you're in Boracay!

No WiFi in the room. Mosquitoes are everywhere. Our room bed was not changed when we asked to change it. The door knob was busted no conditioner just shampoo and eggs for breakfast is upon request. Whattt?!

Great Location. A few steps to the beach and near the police station. Room was in good condition, bed was okay but the washroom needs some attention. Toilet doesnt flush properly and the washroom was so hard to close. Buffet breakfast in the morning is good.

Never again in Canyon de Boracay!! Not worth it
This hotel should not even be rated 3 stars. Need to transfer to another room bec Aircon and ref leaking, safe deposit not working, clogged drainage, when we checked floor is still wet, need to tell them to mop it again. Transferred to another room( we were willing to be downgraded just so we can rest)aircon is not cold we have to ask for an aircooler, faucet is broken, they don’t clean the room. until we left they didn’t get the garbage, breakfast buffet sucks!! Even calamansi they don’t have. Will never go back and recommend! Their only saving grace is their staff (charlie) who was patient and apologetic with our concerns. Front desk personnel are not well trained. Not helpful.

Quiet area of boracay. Close to d mall and very close to the beach, just a two minute walk and you are right on the white sand beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time. The hotel needs some work done. The pool needs refinishing and our room had issues with the shower coming off the wall mount. The worse thing was the mosquitoes. Early morning and evening were constantly surrounded by them. The WiFi is only located in bar area and that where the mosquitoes were the worst. It was hard to relax. The mosquitoes were also in the room as well. The sliding door to the balcony has a gap between the two sliding doors which would allow them to get in. If it weren’t for the mosquitoes I would highly recommend for the price and great staff the hotel is nice.

Its quiet. While not at the beach front its just like less than a min walk to white beach. The row has the Malay police station as well which makes one feel more safe. Like the canyon setup feel.

Poor maintenance of the facility. Linens and towels were old and dirty😞😞😞 The shower were leaking, tv weren't functioning and remote of the AC were broken. Too expensive room, not worth it.

Beware of the mosquitos
Staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs, but the condition of the hotel need some improvements. We were advised upon check in to avoid opening the door after 6pm to keep the mosquitos out, but they still found their way in through the gaps at top and bottom of enterance door. The rooms were spacious, but the beds were hard and the frames squeaks a lot. Overall, our stay there was ok and I ended up going home with 20+ bites from the hotel.

Spacious rooms with a quiet poolside area
Service staff still need more training -- in courtesy, initiative, anticipating customer needs.Also one doesn't feel welcomed entering the property; hardly any greetings from the guards or staff in the gardens. Housekeeping had to be informed that the telephone shower in the bathroom was leaking -- would have been obvious if they check and clean up daily. I arranged for a dinner party for 7 pax one evening. The table was set for only 6. Heavy downpour occurred during our party at the poolside. It took the staff half an hour to come to our rescue with umbrellas, so we could move somewhere else where we wouldn't be rained over. But they gave us towels to help dry us out.

Pretty good stay, a minute or two from the beach
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing. There was a problem with the air conditioning. It never fully worked, and left a water mess everywhere, but aside from that, everything was great.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff are courteous and the location is great - near the beach but quiet. There are a few significant problems however: the breakfast is poor - little choice, hot and cold items all served at room temperature, and it is not refilled until 10:00 like they say; the pool is so dirty it is unusable. But the most serious problem for me is that wifi is available only in public areas and not in the rooms! I found this very inconvenient. These three problems could easily be fixed, making this a good mid-priced hotel.

Quiet resort away from the beach
Resort is great, with a small pool amidst gardens that are nicely landscaped. A quiet respite from the bustle of the beach. Rooms are very spacious with the 2 double beds, and large windows showing pocket gardens create an airy feel. Breakfast is ala carte but the serving portions are large and tasty. Quality of service leaves much to be desired as the reception folks don't seem to understand what customer service means -- make things easy for the guests, accommodate immediately requests for broken phones and lamps and missing adaptors for hairdryers. I gave them a list of my future trips(3 months after) and when I'd need rooms on the night I arrived. 3 days later, they still couldn't tell me if rooms were available, and asked me to call their Manila office -- only to learn that no rooms were free. Why couldn't they have found that out on my first night?

The hotel is close to the beach yet secluded enough from it to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay away from the busy movements in the beach. Breakfast was ok, not much choices but sufficient enough. Facilities are maintained however it's obvious the property needs some touch up renovation. All in all we had a pleasant stay, the staff were courteous and polite, not very knowledgeable about the in's and out's but always willing to help. There is a lady named Rosie who was very helpful on breakfast times, always happily smiling and very friendly.

Nice place but do not expect anything special
In general the hotel was alright and we had nice time there. Major disappointing thing was their breakfast. It was nothing than poor example of morning meal - only limited choice that kept repeating every day (scrambled eggs, garlic rice, some fish, bacon or ham, toasts, canapés with egg/tuna/chicken, teeny tiny muffins or pancakes. No other sophistication). It was included in the price of the room and the price was far too high even for the high season of X-mas/New Year. Otherwise all the staff were most friendly and very nice always willing to help. The room (courtyard suite) was spacious, however a bit worn-out (needed wall painting). The balcony was a big plus. We did not use the pool as the White Beach (3 minutes far from the hotel) was always better option for us.

Chambre tres spacieuse (studio), check-in avec un personnel ne s'exprimant pas tres bien anglais et qui voulait absolument un papier avec le numéro de réservation même si nous l'avions version mobile. Arrivée à la chambre cafard mort dans la salle de bain, grande fuite dans l'espace cuisine et serviette sale. Sinon pour le reste aux petits soin et un peu excentré.
