Basic but clean and great value.
Great value hotel perfect for stopover on long car journey. Reception staff kind and helpful. Late check in instructions sent to email - no problem at all. Basic but clean and breakfast was actually surprisingly good. Would stay again.

Property was okay. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I waited over an hour to check in as the receptionist claimed that I did not have a confirmation code. She asked me to call Expedia when she should’ve called herself. She called and said they were closed and then just stopped helping me and said she could not do anything else even though I showed her my email confirmation several times. I asked her to call her manager and said there was no one else to call. She was VERY rude and condescending. I had to pay international minutes on my overseas line to get ahold of Expedia - over 12 minutes. The receptionist said I could pay again and ask Expedia to refund me. There was no way I was going to Reply when I clearly had paid already. I called Expedia and they called her three times to confirm reservation. I waited over an hour just to check in. It was the rudest experience Iʻve ever encountered. The receptionist - her name started with an O - did not even apologise or offer any courtesy for the inconvenience and rudeness. Instead she was passive-aggressive and put me in a room in which the AC was making loud noises the whole night I was there. When I came into the room the sauna heater in the bathroom was on and the room was hot. Didnt even bother to deal with the rude receptionist who wouldnt even bother to call her manager. One of the worst experiences ever. Nothing done to rectify the unprofessionalism and inconvenience.

Been twice now
We have started here twice now and we have not had any problems. I’m sure we will stay again next year. My only suggestion would be to provide some washing up stuff like a sponge, washing up liquid and a tablet or two for the dishwasher.

OK place for the price
Not a bad place for the price. Tiny but efficient room, not so great internet. The property is essentially in the middle of a construction zone with nothing around for walking tours. The Halles de Balacan nearby is an interesting eating spot. Set up like a food market, it allows visitors to purchase different things from different stalls and sit wherever they like.

Spacious appartement, good breakfast, great location by Cité du Vin. Only bad thing was the smell coming from the bathroom when we arrived which improved after a few hours of ventilation.

Super clean and close to the Cité du Vin in Bordeaux... Highly recommend spending time at the Halles for drinks and food... We even had a HUGE terrace all to ourselves. It could have easily accommodated 100 people...

Worth the money
In hotel apartments there should be a general washing up pack, this they could do in the future. The room was nice and the bed was a sofa bed, which I’m surprise was very firm, which I like. Don’t be misled by the name... there is no golf course! Hahahahaha The area is being done up so I think in a years time it will all look great. It’s about 3 mins walk from the tram line We would stay again
