Beautiful city - great hotel
Lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a deluxe comfort room. Check in was easy and staff very helpful. The rooms were clean and well decorated, comfortable beds and air conditioning too! Bordeaux is a beautiful city. Driving around isn’t easy as it’s mostly pedestrianised but the staff in the hotel were very helpful with directions and maps and we received discounted parking locally, with our stay. Family friendly - yes.

Having stayed here multiple times, I can confidently say this hotel consistently meets my expectations, and I would gladly return. **Highlights:** - **Great Location:** The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to key attractions such as the Grand Theater and the river. - **Cleanliness:** The rooms and common areas are impeccably clean. - **Wonderful Staff:** The reception staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. - **Eco-Friendly Amenities:** The new water dispenser system near the reception is a fantastic addition, helping to reduce plastic waste. **Room and Amenities:** - The rooms, though small, are creatively designed to maximize space. Very small hotel on side road near best spots in downtown area. Most things walkable. Rooms small but efficient and quiet. Lobby bar was very eclectic and great vibe. Theo, bartender, was amazing and made returning each evening a fun experience!
