A holiday cottage for calm and rest
The recently renovated gite is located in a wine estate. This area is close to Bordeaux, Libourne and Saint-Emilion.
It is an accommodation of 50 m² contained on one level (1st floor) with entrance and private covered parking. With access close to the A89, it offers a calm and green environment.
The apartment has central heating and is fully insulated.
The main room offers a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV and WiFi access. A selection of board games is also provided
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: -Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Gas cooktop, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee maker, plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, dishes…

The bedrooms each have a shower room. The toilets are separate. Each room has a double bed (140), a wardrobe with shelves, a shower, a sink, a mirror, a hairdryer.
The wooded park with barbecue is available to all holidaymakers. There is a garden with outdoor lighting, table and chairs, the barbecue is sheltered, it is possible to eat there in bad weather.
The Aquitaine region is rich in its diversity in its geography. Stretching from the Atlantic coast to the Sarlat gorges, it offers beaches, forests, rivers and some of the best wine-producing countries in the world.
The historic city of Bordeaux (35 km) and the ancient cities of Bergerac (70 km) and Saint-Emilion (15km) are all steeped in history while providing the opportunity to taste their world famous wines.

The nearest town is Libourne (10 km), sub-prefecture of Gironde. This old country house was founded in the 13th century. The city developed at the confluence of Isle and Dordogne. Libourne also has a varied monumental heritage: stone bridge, Saint-Jean church, Grand Port tower, town hall, arcaded buildings on Place Royale.
It has a train station, swimming pool, cinema, theater, lake with supervised swimming, supermarkets and an excellent market on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday morning.

At the beginning of August, it hosts Fest'Arts, a street festival with around 80 free performances.

St Emilion (10 km) - Leading tourist site, it has an important monumental ornament (hermitage, monolithic church, collegiate church, archbishops' palace, opulent buildings and remains of fortifications) which is declined according to winding alleys (called " mounds ”) and shaded plots, and enjoys the renown of its oenological (vineyard of Saint-Emilion) and gastronomic (macarons, pâtés, foie gras) heritage.
The medieval city and its "jurisdiction" has been listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1999.
