1 Woche Boston zum großen WM Sportevent

Schöne grosse Wohnung gut für kl Gruppe oder Familie geeignet. Kühe gut eingerichtet, großer Kühlschrank. Self Check in hat bestens geklappt. Guter und schneller Austausch mit Jenny der Besitzerin. Immer sehr hilfreich. Distanz und Busverbindungen zum TD Garden waren etwas weit und die Verbindungen etwas unregelmäßig.Gut Voraus planen. Bus-, Zug- u Metro Pass genommen für 7 Tage, auch für mehrere oder weniger Tage möglich zu einem Superpreis! Sehr praktisch. Empfehlenswert. Danke Jenny und Boston.

Good option near Boston

The Good: The apartment is very spacious and well-furnished, and is pretty close to the city proper. Check in and check out were easy, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. The Less Good: Taking public transit into Boston was not convenient, the WiF didn’t really work (cell service was fine though), there were some cleanliness issues, and someone on the street was playing very loud music very late into the night. Overall: A good option if you need this much space near Boston, but not the best experience I’ve ever had.

Perfect for a Small Group

My husband, myself and 4 friends stayed here for a concert at Fenway. The location was a quick 15 minute Uber (without traffic). The apartment was clean and very roomy for the location. All bedrooms had adequate space, sleeping options and the common area was big enough for six to fit comfortably. Jenny was a great host! The communication leading up to the stay was very informative and she made sure to check in through the stay. Will be back again!

Great location not far from downtown Boston

Great place for a big family to stay. I had beds for all of my kids and the place was clean, well stocked and cool during the hot days we were there. It was on the 3rd floor, but instructions were very clear on getting there and getting settled. I loved the free parking, and it wasn't too far to drive into downtown Boston. I had put the incorrect amount of people on my reservation, but the owner was quick to help me get everything sorted out. Great location, great apartment, great stay!

Great stay in Boston

The apartment was great and exactly as listed in the description and pictures. Check in & out was quick and easy and Jenny was helpful and responsive. We had a group of 11, 8 adults 2 kids and 1 infant. There was plenty of sleeping room in the four bedrooms. The beds were pretty low so keep that in mind for anyone with knee problems or lower extremity issues. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and had nice upgrades. We had a 12 passenger rental van and the parking space was a little tight but we managed. As far as location, our destinations were mostly downtown Boston and Salem so we chose a rental vehicle vs public transportation or Uber only because of the amount of ppl we had and with kids it would’ve been more difficult. We enjoyed our stay at 233/3. It was clean, roomy and convenient! If we’re in the area again we would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. Thanks Jenny!

Talk about sketchy!

Third floor apartment was decently clean well equipped with kitchen appliances/utensils and well lit. Reservation included all four rooms and when my wife and I arrived the fourth door was locked, I had to ask the host 4 times for the code to open the fourth bedroom because she refused to give it to me until I said that I would pay "extra fees" which were never mentioned by her to me until I checked in...if place had a credible host apartment would have been a good stay...neighborhood is not clean and if your not accustomed to noise of constant traffic, people outside or music blaring from car speakers you won't be getting much sleep...I would never stay here again. I ended up checking out early therefore host kept fee for extra night and is still asking for extra fees for "additional guests and pets" that she was informed of prior to stay yet fees were NEVER mentioned. This is the first time I used VRBO and I have to say most likely the last!

Boston Red Socks Game

House is close to Fenway. Do NOT plan on walking. Ubers are easy to get. Super clean. Plenty of rooms and clean towels. Beds are all close to ground. Not noisy neighborhood.

Safety Concerns

Firstly, we discovered upon arrival that the windows and doors in the unit were not functioning properly, rendering them unable to lock securely. The backdoor though "locked" only needed a push to open it. Furthermore, we encountered an ant infestation within the rental unit. We had to constantly deal with these unwelcome pests, which disrupted our relaxation and made it difficult to fully utilize the amenities provided. Most alarmingly, we discovered that there were no fire alarms installed in the unit, neither in the common areas nor in any of the bedrooms. This blatant disregard for fire safety regulations poses a significant risk to guests' lives and is entirely unacceptable. In addition, we found exposed wires hanging from the ceiling where the fire alarm should have been located, further exacerbating the safety concerns.

Hockey Weekend

My friends and I were in town for a Bruins hockey game. The place was great. Super clean and very comfy with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. We had 6 people in our group and had plenty of room. Jenny was very quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Boston Big bang for your buck!

Very cute newly renovated apartment in a convenient location walkable to public transportation. The apartment is as advertised, clean, cute and well stocked. Please do note that the location, while convenient for commuting to downtown Boston, is located on a busy, noisy street in a blue collar suburb. Also the apartment is located on the 3rd floor with several flights of steps. No elevator. If you can do the steps and dont mind a little street noise this is a great place to stay!
