Less than a mile from Fenway, in a quiet residential area but can take the trains or bus anywhere in the city. Great staff and good breakfast

Breakfast was carb and fat loaded. No egg, highly processed junk. AC in our room or was too cold or did not cool at all. Leaking ceiling in the hallway. Vending machine did not “connect to network” so we could not use it.

The breakfast needs more staff and room. It was pretty hectic trying to get something to eat. I don’t think our refrigerator was working and we had ants in our room. The staff is very friendly and the train stops right outside the hotel. So that was a big positive.

The air conditioner in the room was very poor and the air in the room was very bad due to the lack of a window. The bathroom and toilet smelled bad and were not very clean. Hotel and room services were very poor. To get soap, towels, etc., I had to go to the third floor myself and bring the items I needed, and no one in the hotel provided this service to the guest.

Front desk staff is AMAZING. Proximity to T station was spot on. Parking was do-able. Don’t bother with the hotel garage - very expensive. Find parking on an app. Pull out couch where my daughter slept, very uncomfortable. Bedroom where we slept was considerably warmer than living area. Uncomfortably so. Will stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. However, my desk lamp was broken which made the court-facing room even darker. A staff member came to replace it but a new lamp was never installed. Other than that, the room was excellent!

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The paint in the tub and bathroom sink were peeling. Breakfast was weak. All that was left were carbs/bread . They brought out some cheese and bologna after I asked if they could replenish.
