Front desk lady
The front desk lady was not professional the minute I walked in. She didn't greet me. Even on the day, I checked-out, she still didn't greet me when I arrived to the front desk. She was on her phone and didn't put the phone down. She didn't ask if my stay was good. Not even have a good day. It was like, I was bothering her both days. Because of that, I don't think I want to come back there again.

The shuttle was not working. The uber ride left us to find a ride back to the hotel. The bar was behind the welcome desk with beer in wine in fridges . No ares restaurant close. We had to pay for a Cab to return to hotel. We would not stay her again !

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a bunch of boxes shipped in ahead of time. They handled them perfectly. I could really tell they cared about what we were doing and wished us the best on our business meetings! Definitely stay there again!!

Had an early flight from Logan. Hotel was nice and close to the airport. Bed and room was comfortable. TV didn't work and the phone mysteriously rang at 3 and 3:30am.
