Valet parker was rude. Told me he had no space even though I had a reservation. Told me to find public parking. I did and had to carry my luggage back to the hotel. The Destination fee is offensive. I paid $400 a night. Front desk was stoic, not helpful.

Overall the stay and the hotel were very good. The only thing was, I was given the wrong information that I would be given a discount when I buy extra tickets for the “View Boston” because I am staying at this hotel. It wasn’t true.

We love this hotel and property. Great location. Love the morning Starbucks and the sports bar. Great access to walk to restaurants or shopping or catch a taxi or Uber. Perfect spot!
