We were placed in an accessible room, however we did not book an accessible room, Bed was very low, coffe maker on a lower shelf, hard to reach. Bathroom full of bars and a bench in shower that could not be removed

Where to start….this hotel used to be my favorite, but it has consistently become worse and worse. Housekeeping used to be stellar but recently the bedding always has disgusting stains & tears, and the bathroom is not clean as it used to be. It is a shame but not as shameful as the rude,inept front desk staff. There are a few good ones, but the majority are so unprofessional. There are constantly new people working at reception, so they never get to know the regular guests. Guests are charged a $30 “resort fee’ and are forced to try to get this money back by eating at the only option, Yardhouse, which is the grossest and most unhealthy food possible. There was no phone service my entire stay and water cut for an entire night. I keep giving this hotel a chance but they keep disappointing. I will look for a new place to stay. All they offer is points on my Bonvoy instead of improving.

The power went out during the night. I use a sleep aid. Front desk was rude. Had to have an engineer come to my room at 2AM. Water was shut off from 11pm till 5am. Valet charge of $75 was NOT disclosed.

This property was very nice and clean the only setback for me was this $30 destination fee it was a surprise fee which I knew nothing about. I think it was very tricky the way they go about charging you this fee.
