I am a frequent visitor of Staybridge Suites and this is the first time that I have been disappointed. The carpet in our room was old, dirty and sticky. When walking barefoot on it, the soles of our feet were black. I'm hoping the renovate soon, but this was unacceptable.

Stay was great until morning of checkout. Fire alarm went off while having breakfast. Had to leave building and wait outside until firemen came and checked hotel. Were let back in with no explanation. Got luggage and checked out.

Loved the friendlinest of staff and how clean everything was! The hotel did run out of orange juice on the 1st morning of our stay and none was available for the 3 included breakfast. Rest of the breakfast was perfect. There was some kind of ducks around the property, when walking in the morning, be careful as they leave a bit of a mess overnight. The property usually has some laundry facilities on site (currently closed), a pool, a basketball court, a BBQ (!!!) and the room we had had a kitchenet. It was beautiful, space was awesome and so clean. You do need to take your car to get around, we got to the metro station in twelve minutes and closest grocery was about 5 minutes

This property was a perfect location to visit Massachusetts because it was within a 30 minute drive or less from all the places we wanted to visit (Salem, Boston, Lexington, Concord, etc.). The only drive that was longer was our trip out to Martha's Vineyard, but that was a beautiful drive. I really liked the kitchen in the room and the free breakfast they provided. The only thing I would critique was that our room smelled a little like mildew because I think it was from the carpet being recently shampooed (well at least that is what I hope it was from because our socks would be moist after walking on the carpet:)) Other than that it was a very pleasant stay and the employees there were super nice.

This was the worst travel stay we've ever had. There was constant noise above us. The hotel was in disrepair. We had a broken kitchen faucet that the staff ignored fixing. On the last night of our stay they finally moved us to another room when we used the dishwasher and it leaked all over the floor. Do not recommend this place.
