Great for a Boston getaway
This hotel is perfect for a quick trip to Boston. Brookline is a great town of its own. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The Green Line T has a stop right across the street which makes it super easy to go to and from Boston and just an easy 32 minute walk to Fenway.

We loved the room and the service. Our only complaint is minimal. The bed was extremely firm boarding on just hard. If that wasnt the case we would have no complaints.

Beautiful place, very uncomfortable.
The staff was very friendly. Beautiful property as well. Beds were very uncomfortable and the shower water pressure was mediocre at best. For being in a suite, I would have assumed that everything would be upgraded, but that's my own fault for that assumption.

I thought the hotel was extremely clean except the shower in my room there was long pieces of hair all over the shower walls . Obviously it had not been cleaned . The night staff was very friendly compared to the earlier in the day staff. Other than that i would suggest it would be nice for the cost of the rooms to atleast offer coffee/tea in the Lobby and a filled cold water container( which was empty) for anyone like myself you is a early riser instead of having to wait for Starbucks to open or going elsewhere .

The hotel location is quite good. The issue we had was with check-in. When we arrived at 2:45 we were told our room was not yet ready but it would be available at 3:00 which we were fine with since that is the stated policy. We waited in the lobby with several other parties that had been informed of the same. I should mention we had a nearby appointment at 3:30. After checking with the front desk several times we were finally assigned a room at 3:40. We missed the appointment that we had travelled 100 miles for. The other thing I would mention is the “validated parking” for $50. It was a highly disappointing stay to say the least.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Courtyard. We loved the location, right in Coolidge Corner and very walkable. We needed to be close to BU, so it was an easy 19 or so minute walk to where we needed to be. The parking was ample, it is an extra fee but worth it to know the car is safely parked. We often took Ubers around the city and they came often and quickly to our location. Kids loved the pool and the Starbucks cafe was great to have, breakfast was delicious. The gym is very small but adequate. The hotel rooms could benefit from some updating, the rooms are quite small, the beds comfortable, pillows not so much. We were glad we brought our own. I also should have brought a blanket or comforter as the ones in the room were just thin sheets basically. We ended up asking for comforters as we were cold at night. The central AC unit was unfortunately extremely loud when it kicked on which disturbed our sleep. The housekeeping came every day which we appreciated but unfortunately we seemed to never have enough towels, and things like tea, toilet paper, etc were not replenished so we had to ask several times.

Our say was mediocre. While the room was clean, there were opportunities for improvement. There were only two towels in the room, and we had to request additional ones twice before they were provided. Additionally, the outlet/USB on the lamp at the end table was broken.
