We stay here every time we go to an event at the garden and have always had a good experience. The staff is great and it’s always clean. It can be loud from the street, but that’s not their fault it’s just the location. We use a white noise app and that helps a lot. Valet is so convenient as well.

Unprofessional and unfriendly staff

Staff is very unorganized, Rude . Since I was travelling with small kids, I had booked room with king bed and sofa and inclusive of breakfast. Upon my arrival, they allocated me small room with no sofa. I had to show proof again to get right room. Same experience with breakfast next morning where I had to show proof twice that my room was with breakfast

We booked 2 rooms and asked to be together the manager Tony said here’s one room the other one is not ready . We go back and we ended up with room down hall . During night all ya heard were kids jumping and hiring the wall. Room knocked on out. Door 6 am check out wasn’t till noon

Everything was good except things. 1. The room smelled like it was above some type of leather tanning factory, or cigar rolling. Hard to distinguish what the strong scent was. It wasn’t horrible but it was not plain clean air. 2. The room service phone # for in-room dining was inoperable, however, the front desk did everything they could to accommodate by taking my orders for me and delivering them to the kitchen.

Loved the convenience of staying in this area, it had multiple restaurants and bars on the same block. If you’re going to TD Garden for an event, this is definitely a go to spot.
