Those of us who know about the area’s historic buildings, art galleries, bars, and restaurants are not in a hurry to tell everybody else. Savin Hill is a vibrant mix of young professionals and artists, close enough to downtown to make getting around Boston a breeze, but with enough happening in your immediate environs that you don’t need to go far to discover why our neighborhood is truly a hidden gem.

All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
The Savin Hill subway station is within walking distance. From Savin Hill, the Red Line will take you directly into the heart of Boston in minutes. The nearest Hubway bicycle rental location is less than a five minute walk away. There are also several private transportation options at your disposal (Uber/Lyft, Zipcar). If you do plan on driving, our street offers free on-street parking.

Savin Hill Boston Marathon Visit
Property is perfect for a large family or group of friends. Easy access to transit and great local restaurants and bars near by. Property needs a few touch up items but overall a really good experience.

Needs improvements
I have a feeling we were their first renters. I had to request the check information & also the check out information. First got there and there were boxes all over the entry. The property manager also entered the home with out notice after our official check in time. There were several issues with the place. Light fixtures didn't work, lunch boxes in the fridge, & the place extremely dirty. Stains all over the furniture & the bedding was gross. I will say they did respond quickly & they came out the next day & did a full cleaning. The parking on the street was a bit of a challenge but figured it out. It's got potential to be good place just needs some improvements.
