I enjoyed my stay. It felt more like renting a studio apartment than a hotel room. It was close to restaurants and I enjoyed walking by the river. The bed could have been firmer. I would return.

Quant hotel with real people
This hotel does not have a full time staff so when we arrived early we were unable to access the building. However , we were able to reach Dana by a phone number left outside. He was polite and told us that we can check in earlier but it wouldn’t be until later. We came back later and met with Dana who was then able to give us a room an hour or so before actual check in. The room was large and well cleaned. It has a small kitchen area, two full beds and a bathroom. Plenty of space for the three of us. It is located down the road from our daughter’s school, has a river edge walk directly behind it and near several eateries. Picture yourself in a large house where all rooms have a kitchen and bathroom. Overall a great stay, great location and polite and friendly staff. I wish to thank Dana for his communication with us and commend him for his service. We will definitely be seeking to stay here more often while visiting our daughter. The one pain point were the small pillows on the beds. Not sure why locations are placing cushion size pillows for guest but that is not for me to decide and still will not sway our decision and/or recommendation.

We were in a bind because our car broke down and we had to stay a couple of nights while it was being fixed. Unfortunately, it was only about 11 AM, too early to check in. However, Dana found us a room that had already been cleaned, and let us get in that early! The price was fair and the ropm was decent. Not a 5-star hotel, but good and comfortable. We'll stay there in the future@

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a girls trip. Before even arriving, I had already spoken on the phone with Dana from the hotel and he was very informative since this was an unfamiliar location for us. Upon arriving, Dana greeted us at the front desk, supplied maps, and information about the area. He even went a step further and printed out info for Salem, since we had mentioned we planned to visit there the next day. Our room was very clean and spacious. We both agreed that if we had come here with our husbands and kids, it would be very comfortable for all. There is a mini grocery store next store for snacks and a regular grocery a 3 minute drive away. Also, there is a gas station nearby and many restaurants to choose from. There is a trail entrance right behind that leads to the Charles River too, which was very picturesque with the fall leaves changing color. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

What a gem!! A small efficiency condo feel to the room. Great restaurants one street over and everything in walking distance. Don’t shy away from no continental breakfast or no contact check-in. This is an exclusive property for a visit, executive event or college visit . Full Kitchen, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle & more. Comfortable bed , clean, table, couch , deep tub. The high ratings are what made me take a chance at this property and it lived up to it.

Nice room with all the essentials. Could use some cosmetic help but overall it was a nice place. TVs need to be bigger in the bedrooms... it's really unsatisfying to watch something on a small one. A person at the desk would be appreciated too. We would stay again.

Loved it here!
What a good deal for what we got! We stayed here over night to visit a friend and it was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. Nice little walking trail behind the hotel. Kitchen in the room has lots of kitchen stuff in it. Dana is very kind and helpful. Couch was very big and we all watched a movie on the couch! Definitely staying here again next time we come down!

We loved the complete amenities of this immaculate place, i.e., available washer & dryer, elevator to our floor, relatively small hotel, friendly and competent staff, comfy bed, tv, 2 blocks from wide variety of restaurants and historical sites, huge benefit of kitchen in the room, so we could prepare our meals as wanted!
