When we checked in we were told breakfast was included. We took advantage of it on the first morning of our stay and it was great. The next day we were told it would over 20 per person to eat. We went into down town Boston and ate better for cheaper. When we can back we asked a different person at the front about breakfast and she said breakfast was not included with our stay. I just feel the staff should be in the same page about the information given out.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room clean and well appointed. There is a sports bar attached the hotel which serves a good selection of food and drinks. Breakfast buffet in the sports bar was excellent and just what was required after a long flight and the start of a long road trip. We chose this as our first night in the USA and found it easy to access from Boston Logan airport and then for accessing the New England coastal route for our onward trip.

I really like that the sports bar is actually a place people like to hang out... not much within walking distance, so it made for a good time with their bands, karaoke, etc. And the breakfest buffet is top-notch.

The property, Staff and cleanliness was excellent,in fact the Guest Service person was ver accommodating. The room was fine EXCEPT the sole purpose...the bed!! Ine bed which was in good conditiin was ok, but the other had a dip and you could feel the springs, it kept biuncing when you moved. The most uncomfortable thing i have ever slept in, or I should say barely. The manager gave me an opportunity to try another room, it was worse!! Please please go check the bed in room 138 in Woburn, a reputable Hotel so i thought. I will never ever stay this chain ever again.

My daughter and I loved our stay here! The staff was so friendly and very helpful. You can tell the manager really loves his job and supports his staff. The sports bar inside was also excellent — Delicious food and they had an awesome live band playing which was really fun! The pool is a little small, but it was still lovely! For the price, this place is fantastic. The beds were so comfortable! Had a great night's sleep. Will definitely return if I'm in the area. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful!! Decent prices in lounge, breakfast is good, rooms are spacious and clean!! Bedding is great!! Did not use pool, looks rather small. But stay and hotel is excellent. Highly recommend!!
