We heard complaint after complaint each morning in lobby. The woman at the desk was extremely loud and did not mind speaking about other guests... regardless if thet were in the lobby or not Not a first class experience at all!

Staying at this hotel made my visit to Boston very easy. There was never much traffic to get to the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also has a sports bar connected to it so easy dining if you don’t want to drive to the nearby shopping areas.

Visiting family in the Boston area, I stayed in three hotels and this was easily the best in quality and service. My compliments to Jared Keefe, director of rooms. He was a one-man-show the night I was checking in, yet he handled everyone's needs quickly and graciously. The on-site bar was convenient, clean and had a terrific breakfast. The bartender, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating. I was traveling solo. Hotel was conveniently located along an old canal. Lots of parking. Easy on/off highways for quick drive to Boston. Highly recommended.

Staff was great, so helpful. The attached restaurant was perfect, didn't have to even go outside. Hotel gives food discounts and a great breakfast buffet every morning. That was included in the room rate . Great facility.

Booked a room w/2 queen beds and was told this was a 1st come 1st serve reservation and that none of those rooms were available. Nothing they could do … talk w/Expedia. 1st room they sent us to was dirty and 2nd one was fine but we had to bring the bedding for the room with us along with everything else we had with us. Then had to ask for a 2nd key as well!! They’re in the hospitality industry but don’t seem to know what it is … very unimpressed!!

Staff was very nice. Was able to get a late check out. Quiet room. Comfy bedding with plenty of thick covers. Breakfast buffet was additional, but worth getting ahead of time. You could also order form the menu.

I booked a two bed, room and was given a one bed, room for me and my teenage son. We stayed there to attend a trading card show held at the hotel. Was told I should not have used Expedia to book. That’s why I was given a downgrade room. I paid $350.00 for the two bed, room and would not receive any money off since I used Expedia. 3rd party. So this hotel does hold or respect 3rd party booking.

The room was nice, but there wasn't a microwave. We felt there needed to be shower handles to hold onto for safety. Better irons and boards,there wasn't a continental breakfast other than that our stay was nice.

Staff was incredibly friendly, the restaurant was great (our server was awesome), and our room was very clean. My only complaint was that the bed had a broken frame or some similar issue, so there was an unfortunate saggy area on one side. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again; I’m sure the bed was an isolated issue with our room.
