I put one star for the staff because almost everyone we talked to and asked questions were so rude with their responses. At one point a woman tried to tell my husband he was lying about the pool being closed even though there was a sign saying closed. They were rude to my kids as well. Also, when i booked the hotel it said breakfast was included and then we found out it wasn't and we had to pay. If its not included it shouldn't say that.

Our room had mice so I called the front desk to let them know. The staff moved me to another floor and within an hour I saw two more mice in my new room. I was moved for the third time and finally got a room that was rodent free.
