I did not like that you can’t get bathrobes if you are staying on a certain side of the hotel. For the price that you are paying- they should be included- especially when they are shown as an offered amenity when booking. Otherwise it’s a fun place- but super expensive. Excellent service at Giardino and subpar service at seamark. Just wish there was more consistency-at a place like this, you expect service to be high all around.

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Five-star rooms paired with two-star cuisine at exorbitant prices. While the casino hotel's rooms and staff excel, the supporting restaurants fall short, offering mediocre quality at inflated prices and inconvenient hours. Consider staying at the hotel but do yourself a favor and dine elsewhere.
