Al hacer la reserva solicité un early chech-in y teniendo habitación disponible me hicieron pagar una noche completa viendo que tenía una reserva existente. No hubo consideración al cliente, Solicité hablar con un gerente y esto nunca fue accesibles, la condición de su hotel fatales y las habitación nada al igual a las fotos en sistema. He estado en Hotel donde ofrecen desayuno complementarios de cortesía y son muchos más variados que ustedes. Nota luego de hacer el check-out solicité que el Gerente se comunicara conmigo para aclarar cargos que tenía duda y este nunca tuvo la amabilidad de comunicarse, en varias ocasiones he tratado de comunicarme con vía telefónica y nunca está en el hotel.

The room was dirty. The bathroom had holes in it where the handle used to be. The headboard had scratch marks on it like a dog had been innthe room previously. The microwave was dirty and had no glass tray in it.

The room was right next to the elevator so wecould hear people coming and going and the constant ding of the button. The people above us were very noisy it sounded like they were constantly jumping & moving furniture. The entrance door to our room was damaged and we had to really push on it to open it.

AWEFUL, DISGUSTING, I wish I had my money back
To start, this is not one of, this IS the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely disgusting. I booked two nights with two queen beds and a pull out. Firstly. They’re not queen sized beds. They’re full size. Secondly. There were holes in the carpet, tears in the sofa, mildew in the bathroom, mold on the ceilings. They spray painted the top of the stove and the paint was all over the counter. I was charged 1,800.00 for Friday to Sunday stay. The first night I was there I searched everywhere locally for another place to stay. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. At one point I asked for an extra pillow and the man working the counter just walked out from behind the counter, walked into another room and then handed me one. Don’t even get me started on the smell. The smell was musty and disgusting. Imagine listing your hair on fire and then placing that burnt hair on a plate of over cooked chicken curry. I am furious that I spent that amount of money for such a disgusting atmosphere. Zero point in attempting to get my money back or a portion of it back because we all know that’s a waste of time. I went to the front text when I was asking for a pillow and the guy was being confronted by another person because their bathroom light didn’t work, her hair dryer didn’t work and the guy at the counter told her that she was crazy for thinking someone would repair those things for her on a Saturday. At 900.00 a night, save your money. Sleep in your car.

Housekeeping staff did not check our room for our 7 night stay. We needed to take our own trash out and had to ask for garbage bags to do so. Had to ask for clean towels but told we needed to hand in our dirty ones before they gave us clean ones. Had to ask for toilet paper. Had a pull out couch and when we pulled it out there was no bedding and again had to ask for bedding for it. I mean I get that we stayed 7 nights and dont expect housekeeping to come in do a top to bottom clean but at least come in and check and remove the garbage and refresh the towels and toiletries..including toilet paper. One pays outrageous price's I at least expect that!

The room we stayed in was disgusting. It smells awful and was not clean. The hallway smelled just as worse, and I almost rolled my ankle from a hole in the floor. Will never stay there again

The staff was polite and helpful. The kitchenette was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom counter was very spacious. There was a room close to ours with a sign that said "pets inside" which wouldn't have bothered me but on the third night, we found a couple fleas in our room, and the next night even more. There were also some crumbs on the leather couch that we noticed when we first arrived into the room, so not sure how clean everything really was either.
