Great breakfast choices, changed every day. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows are too soft, need 4-5 to sleep. Stayed 5 days, towels were supposed to be replaced every day but were not.Scheduled room servicing for 3rd day there for sheets to be changed but never happened. Upon arriving back at hotel on 3rd night and seeing no room servicing had been done, I had to go to front desk and get towels, soap and toilet paper for my room. Also had to gather my own trash and leave that and old towels in the hallway.I mentioned about no room service and they said they'd put me on schedule for next day. Well upon returning to my room on 4th night, still no room service, had to get new towels, more toilet paper and they had the gaul to ask if I wanted them to come at 10 pm and change everything?! Too late, check out was next morning. Very disappointed in their room servicing! PO parking wasn't great either because... I didn't know when I made these reservations that this hotel is combined with a Residence Inn that a lot people actually live at, so parking sucked!

$400 a night I should have slept outside.
Pillows were “soggy” and very flat. Bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on. For $400 for this 1 night I stayed I more than likely would have been happier with a sleeping bag and a tree. Staff was friendly and they tried but Marriott needs to give this hotel some money to fix a few things. The rooms deffiently need new bedding all around. Mattresses and pillows. Worst night of sleep I have had in a hotel. Red roofs get better reviews from me… outrageous costs for what was offered. This should have been $100

Great staff and facility - no airport shuttle.
The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was out of pillows when we needed some for our pull-out couch, but the beds had two per person so we were able to share with the person on the couch. When we needed ice for an inured ankle, the front desk staff were so kind to give us enough ice for an entire football team. Breakfast was delicious and typical of most hotels we've stayed at. We read online that the airport shuttle was easy to use...but there wasn't a shuttle at all. I would have stayed somewhere else with a shuttle and saved the $30 uber charge.

Property was very close to AirPort so we preferred to stay at the hotel.Room was spacious and clean . Staff at the reception was very prompt for check in and check out was smooth . We did not take breakfast though it was added to the price as we had an early morning flight to catch .

Front staff was helpful. I feel the bar/food service in the evening (Saturday night) is understaffed. One poor soul working by herself. As overwhelmed as she was she continued smiling. The breakfast service was “just ok”. Don’t try walking in at 9:27 am or getting water anytime after breakfast. You’ll get yelled at. Overall, would stay again.
