Good things: 1. Best breakfast buffet 2. Friendly staff Bad things: 1. I booked a smoking room, yet there is no smoking at this hotel. That was the only reason I chose this hotel 2. My room looked nothing like the picture, it was absolutely horrible 3. My room was dirty, the bathroom floor and tub, the carpet had very noticeable dust bunnies around the edges where they apparently do not vacuum, there was a layer of dust on a lot of items, all the furniture including the bed was all scratched up and dingy. 4. My door would not close without force. Even the frame outside looked like it has been forced open. 5. None of the ice machines are labeled of where they’re located. Even the housekeepers couldn’t tell me where they were at once I finally found one, little black specks were in my ice. 6. The carpet throughout the hallways were bubbled and up from the scenes where they’ve been ripped and a trip hazard.

It was nice for the night. Beds comfortable. Side tables in our room were definitely dirty with old food on them and one hand towel had makeup on it. But overall not a bad stay, front desk very friendly and check in was so easy.

I booked the room through Expedia, I requested and paid for two queen beds and when we got to the hotel the gave us two full sizes bed, my family are all very tall, my son, daughter and husband, I was traveling with them and I wanted to make sure we were comfortable. I complained but that didn’t do anything they didn’t honor it. This is the second time I have issues with the hotel booking though expedía. I think I am done, I won’t use them anymore

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful they did an excellent job. The room itself while clean was very old and badly in need of refurbishing especally considering the high rate charged we expected a modern room as in the photos not something from the 1970s. and really did not enjoy the lovely view of the brick wall outside of the room window. Most of the common areas were in need of refreshing. The stairs to our 2nd floor room, for instance, threadbare carpeting.
