The reviews for this hotel don’t do it justice - it’s a hidden gem in Waltham. Our room was spacious and comfortable and, most importantly, it was squeaky clean. The staff at the front desk were very polite and courteous. Our kid really enjoyed the warm water in the pool. Breakfast was good too and the southwestern omelette was more delicious than you’d expect from the typical hotel breakfast. There’s not much around the immediate area but it’s very close to the highway - good restaurants in Waltham are 10-15 min by car and Boston is 15-20 min on I-90. We would certainly return here next time we’re in Boston area and I would heartily recommend it. My only recommendations would be for a tip jar in the breakfast room (breakfast staff deserve it!) and perhaps a clock on the wall in the pool.
