It is the first time I stayed at this hotel in Boston, service was not too great as I expected for a Hilton Hotel. First, when I arrive the person at the front desk gave me a key for a room that was busy or empty but not ready because when I went to the room assigned bed were not done and I had to go back to the counter to be reassigned for another one. Second when I arrived to the hotel after passing the door, it was smelling so bad. And also…I asked for the heat to be on and they told me it was not working yet and work only in winter, first time I hear that plus that night was a little bit cold than other nights As I said it’s not the first time I stayed in a Hilton property around the US and it’s the first time I am not satisfied with the service I receive. But not only there were bad things. Also food at restaurant is good and in the day of my check out I went to buy an Advil at the little market I bought and someone at the restaurant gave me a glass of OJ as courtesy to drink the pill.
