Nice hotel, clean and comfortable room, big tv, nice restaurant. Great breakfast buffet offering, steak tip dinner was yummy! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only drawback, pool closed till 2025 and latte machine was wtg to be fixed.

Facilities would have been 4-star, but the caulking in the bathroom was terrible. It was functional, but I couldn’t stop looking at it- a child could have done a better job. It is not-picky, but the details separate a nice hotel from just a hotel.

The staff didn't care that the room was 52 degrees and there was no heat. They didn't care about anything. Worst hotel experience ivr had in 35 years.

The noise level from the bar was excessive and carried down to our room quite some distance. At midnight there were kids in the hallway near our room screaming. We had to call the front desk. All of this was taking place near enough to the front desk so that staff couldn't have missed it, but did nothing until I called. We would not recommend this hotel and will not stau there again.

The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms had a musty smell as soon as you walked in. The location is a bit confusing and at first we ended up at an office building which has the same look as the hotel. There is a huge outdoor mall nearby but the location of the hotel itself is a bit difficult and confusing to navigate, even with GPS we got lost and rerouted. The coffee machine was not working, we had another one sent to the room which was not working, then another one but that broke within a minute as well. We just gave up. We stayed in a few hotels this trip and they're all around the same price if not cheaper, this one was by far the least enjoyable property we stayed in. There are cheaper, nicer hotels with better quality amenities. I always thought Hiltons are nice hotels but it did feel cold (staff, the hotel). After this experience I think I much prefer a smaller sized hotel where staff seems to be a bit more personable and feels less "corporate" and stuffy. We have a toddler too but was put in a room next to a baby that was screaming for about 40 minutes at around 1am. We had to be up at 3am for our early flight so needless to say we barely got any sleep. I also felt itchy the entire time I was trying to sleep - let's just say it was not a comfortable stay in all aspects. Luckily this was just the last stop before our super early morning flight out because it would've ruined the trip. Sadly this is one we will not be back.

Easy Transit Location into Town
I recognize that this hotel is a bit dated, but the hotel room was comfortable, clean and well put together. The hotel is reasonably placed by the Dedham Corporate Center T Commuter Rail line so it’s an easy ride into Boston. I enjoyed this hotel.
