We liked everything, especially the beds. Super comfortable. Very strong hotel for the price. Hot tub wasn’t working properly and needed attention. When we mentioned it, someone addressed the issue promptly.

The hot tub was so gross i could not get into it. The grout was black in places and it clearly has been cleaned for a long time the foam is bactiria i am a nurse. One of the reason i booked the hotel was for the hotub. Definitely needs better cleaning in rooms ect.

Disappointed to learn at check in they do a $75 hold on your credit card which is suppose to be removed when you check out but no place was this ever mentioned prior to check in. We still have not received our $75 hold back yet. They tried to charge more for our room stay then it was suppose to be. The room next to us all they did was party and smoke weed so it drifted into the hallway and our room.

The First Gentleman at guest services was amazing and accommodating. When they were switching shifts, the lady wouldn’t help. In the morning, a new guest service rep was at the desk but ignored all the guest walking by him, it seemed everyone was a bother to him. Going for breakfast, some lady came out the kitchen and was watching every move, we wanted to make pancakes and when we looked at her for assistance, she looked away. So, I didn’t bother to ask. We proceeded to the other breakfast items and she stayed on top of us staring. I go to the coffee station and she was just starring and wouldn’t leave our side, but she was not offering assistance or cleaning up the mess others left behind. It was super uncomfortable and unnecessary. We’ve never been to any place that acted in such a way. Besides the first person, in guest services (super nice and helpful), no one was friendly or welcoming or helpful.

The hotel gave away our room even after it had been paid for in full, the hotel desk clerk acknowledged that it had been paid. The transferred us to a hotel 20 minutes away (two towns over) and we received a double bed rather than a king sized bed. Two phone calls to the manager were made but not returned. Looking to get credit. This was a horrible experience and will not use Expedia again or book with that ownership.
