Amazing staff
I had issues with my booking. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Especially the manager Deleon!! He definitely deserves a raise. He was beyond helpful and a great reminder of excellent customer service and will come back to this hotel because I know of how well it’s run.

Overall the hotel was in good condition and the location was great. The room looked & felt clean but once I opened the fridge and saw there was old food in it, it made me question how clean it really was - like clearly they don’t clean or wipe down the fridge bc if they did they would have removed the old food so that was disappointing. As for the front desk staff, they were fine, efficient but just lacking in the customer service. I wouldn’t say rude, just not friendly. For example, when I checked out she just asked for the room number & said ok you’re all set. Didn’t ask how was your stay, didn’t ask for the room key or anything.

Relaxing Stay
My Husband and I were in Boston for 2 nights. When we checked in, the staff upgraded our room. No idea why but I was very appreciative. I like being by the water and away from crowds. The Seaport did just that. Everything was clean, spacious, and the staff was helpful.
