Reasonably good for the money
The area is a construction nightmare and very confusing for GPS if you are not familiar with the area. The hotel itself is average. For the rates charged, I was satisfied and would stay again, but it's your standard stuff in the 100-200 per night range. The staff was very friendly.

Walls on 7th floor are horridly thin or non insulated. We heard everything up until we knocked on wall at 0230AM. Beds comfy, towels scratchy, dove soap and shampoo was nice. Breakfast was decent. Overall good value for 155$ a night compared to the 210 and up in the Back Bay area.

When I booked the room through the site from Expedia, it looked spacious with more desk. Space study. What I got was completely different. It’s very small with a single bed instead of a queen bed and no leg room.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property this year. Usually come to town for concerts, it’s super convenient to Uber into Boston and not have to worry about parking. Hotel staff is wonderful, rooms are cozy and clean. Love the shopping district walking distance from it. Will be staying here again in the future, reasonably priced for the area.
