The hotel was very dirty, dingy and gross. I paid almost $500 which was a complete rip off. We stayed at a La Quinta in Palm Springs and it was much nicer and less money. That's what I Expected.

Walked in and manager was at the front desk with staff loudly reconciling something. They were so involved in that loud conversation, not one of the 3 people said hello or welcome. The man checking me in continued in that loud conversation with the manager The linen was scratchy and difficult to sleep on. Towel placed on the sink had makeup! Towels dingy. At over $ 300 a night, certainly this should be better.

Room cleaning service upon request - seriously @ $300/night? Carpets in a terrible condition. Whole feel was of a very, very tired property. Breakfast was just average. On the positive side, staff were friendly and helpful.

The property had a smell to it; smoking or just old smelling. Definitely in need of some upgrades. Location was in an area of town that seems to be under construction. It did sit behind an outdoor mall area, with shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. About a 15 min walk to the subway. It was also hard to tell where the front entrance of the hotel was. Hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport.

Free breakfast is ridiculously overcrowded, too little seating. Had to take it to my room to eat. Very limited choices too. TV in sitting area didn’t work. Stains on carpet. Occasionally smelled cigarette smoke, probably because my room was above the door to the back parking lot. It was just okay, but it was a lot cheaper than other options. Housekeeping was by request only.

Hotel Shuttle to airport arrived 1 hour late Noel is the driver we were the only passenger and our luggage fell inside the shuttle to the door and once at the airport fell to the sidewalk and got scratch this service was reserved in advance our flight to Miami was on Delta 7:05am we needed to get 3 wheelchairs and check in luggage un accepted and Daphie at front desk said at 5:15 the shuttle was on its way he arrived at 5:50 am he arrived late from his home the hotel offer shuttle service from 4am this put stress on us and one of the reasons reservation was here. Would like a refused got our stay. Send email to hotel manager
