First, there is no Air Conditioning in the rooms that you can control. There is a daily 6 am wake up call from the trash truck in the back alley, every morning. Breakfast was ok at best. No refrigerator in the room to keep your drinks cold, you have to share one in the breakfast area.

Rooms are comically small but comfortable, thick pillows, water pressure in shower is amazing, food was thoughtfully selected and presented for continental breakfast, characterful decorating in common areas. Property owner was accessible and friendly. Best location for the price, however still 10-15 minute walk to subway station. Not very luxurious but overall lovely.
