The location is its best attribute. Clean and well managed. Decent continental breakfast, but not remarkable. Good taste and quality in decor - kitchen backsplash, sitting room furniture. Rooms need to be refreshed to bring them to the next level. Bed covers and towels to a higher-quality, and improve air circulation. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was beyond courteous - they were warm and friendly and consistently helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. I also really liked their blankets - they looked light but, in fact, had a wonderful heft to them that made sleeping under them feel very cozy. Also - the location was great for me.

Room was very tiny very loud next to the front desk and the breakfast area. Bathroom was very small. The heat was very high. You could not adjust it. Windows do not open.. woken up by someone coughing outside of my door as she’s coughing over the breakfast bar food. The people at the main lobby were nice. It was easy to come and go.. The parking was near impossible, even though it was cheap.. a person. I am with can drive dump trucks and have their CDL and move boats here and there and had a hard time maneuvering the parking situation. They do offer other options further away, but obviously with more money I would say the parking is the worst part of the whole place. The main lobby was charming with the Christmas tree and decorations, but over all the room was just OK.

This place is a hidden gem! 8 minutes from Fenway, easily accessible from the green line T, so many cute restaurants nearby. Beds are comfy and the breakfast has great options. If you’re looking for a well priced downtown stay, this is your spot.
