Convenient and Friendly
This was a great B&B in a really convenient spot for our concert night in Boston. Friendly service and excellent communications ahead of time. 3 minute walk to the nearest T station. Good continental breakfast. We would stay there again.

This is a no frills, very clean guesthouse. Great location, awesome continental breakfast. A simple room perfect for resting between Boston activities.

Charming older bldg. We did find it challenging to carry our luggage up the 3 flights of the spiral narrow staircase. We found outside the bldg to be quite noisy at night, with people yelling and partying. But that is not a fault of the B & B. Breakfast was very adequate.

Oasis guesthouse was a fantastic place to stay for our trip to Boston and was exceptional value compared to other hotels in the city. The location is great with easy access to Backbay and Fenway, and downtown is a pleasant 30 minute walk or about 10 minutes on the T from the stop nearby. The area is surrounded by colleges so it feels very safe at all times with lots of students still walking around after dark. We stayed in an economy en-suit room which is one of the property's smaller rooms and we had plenty of space for two adults to unpack 5 days' worth of clothes, hang up jackets and store two suitcases and two backpacks out of the way. The breakfast options were good and the quality of the food was better than you would get at mid-range chain hotels, with fresh fruit and a range of bagels and cakes. The staff were friendly and helpful without imposing themselves. I would highly recommend oasis guesthouse.

Best value stay near Fenway!!!
I was visiting Boston for the 1st time for work but had spare time where I planned to catch a game at Fenway and explore the city, so I originally chose Oasis Guest House because of the 10 min walk to Fenway. It is in a very clean area right by Berklee college of Music so it is a younger crowd which I enjoyed. This is a bed and breakfast so they offer breakfast from 7am-10am in a clean living room lobby like area. I felt it was just as good as a Marriot breakfast minus the waffle maker. The staff was very hospitable and even accommodated my luggage when I arrived to early to check in. I will 100% stay here again if I come back to a game at Fenway

Very good B&B with an excellent breakfast and comfortable clean rooms. Comfortable beds and excellent shower. Noise travels a lot throughout the property because it’s an old building but the owners make it clear that guests should be quiet between 10pm and 7am which works very well. However it would be good to be allowed to use the communal kitchen area to get a cup of tea before 7am.

I loved my short stay at The Oasis Guest House. I was only here for one night and had the smallest room - it was absolutely perfect for one person. The location is perfectly walkable and a close walk to the subway station. The building is kept very clean and sharing a bathroom was never an issue. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great bnb. The room was small but comfy and clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet too. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great too with easy access to the T and close to the bus for the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I were going to see a concert at the MGM Fenway and take a visot to the MFA. Both are in easy walking distance of this property. Staff is knowledgeable about the area and friendly about sharing how to get to and from places nearby. Breakfast was satisfying for our walk and the room was comfortable for our overnight. Would definitely book again if we are visiting this part of town.
