Clean roomsvand bathroom facilities. I shared a bathroom I was very impressed at level of cleaning. Breakfast as stated continental but everything was regularly restocked. Very friendly and helpful staff. They warn you about the narrow stairwell so dovtake note.

Economy Double Room En-suite - 8/10. Smallish size, but was aware of this before booking. Clean. No safe. Very limited hanging space. Room was street facing and quite noisy. Walls are quite thin too. Bathroom - 10/10. Clean and an ok size. Good shower. Bed - 10/10. Nice bed. WiFi - 10/10. No issues. Breakfast - 8/10. Simple, but satisfying. No variation, so after 4 days it was a bit repetitive. Staff - 10/10. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel - 9/10. Great location. Was able to walk everywhere we needed to. Check out Logan Express for bus to and from the airport. Quaint guesthouse. As others have said, getting up the stairs with a case is tricky. No safe at reception either, but they did offer to look after our stuff. Only passports, so we carried them around. Would recommend for a few nights in a great location.

This was the perfect location for our walking tour of the Freedom Trail. The staff was kind, helpful, courteous and generous. Coffee and breakfast were just what we needed to start the day.

It was a nice stay, we did have a mix-up when we arrived where they had given someone else our room so they had to switch it. It was a bit frustrating having to wait after a long day of traveling, it didn't take long and they were very friendly and apologetic but it would have gone a long way to maybe get some kind of compensation or offering something for the inconvenience. Overall very lovely stay and staff.

This property was absolutely perfect for attending an event at Berklee College of Music and the Boston Conservatory. It’s just around the corner from their buildings, and the room suited our needs perfectly. The staff was exceptionally kind — we arrived quite late at night due to a flight delay, but the lockbox instructions were clear and easy to follow. We’ll definitely stay here again for future visits!

The Oasis Guest House was the perfect place for me to stay alone while I visited my son at MCPHS. Close to the myriad of colleges in the area and near to many dining options you can’t go wrong. The place is clean and the breakfast is ample. The neighborhood was safe and I walked at all hours without worry. I also like that even though it is bed and breakfast style you are not forced to engage with the hosts. They are friendly but let you have your privacy. I will definitely be back and may even bring my hisband and stay in a double occupancy room.

No frills, overnight stay

This is a no-frills overnight day, type of place, which is why the price is so good. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a good continental breakfast, and even parking for $25, when available. But don’t expect anything fancy.

This hotel is perfect if you are a parent visiting students at Northeastern or Berkeley (and other schools) where you just need a place to sleep. It is not fancy at all - very basic, small bathrooms, but it's very clean, quiet and super convenient.

I was delighted that the property is uniquely Bostonian, tastefully decorated. The room is very clean, comfortable bed. It was very safe and pleasant to walk to parks, museums, market. Breakfast was excellent. Overall the house is very efficiently run. However, the bath towels could be better, they are old, stiff and yellow-colored. Considering the low cost of new a towel, I would throw them all away, replace with good quality WHITE towels.

Nice comfortable single room with plenty of space. The shared bathrooms were clean and tidy and there were towels, soap and shampoo made available to guests. Free wifi and a continental breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location for Fenway. The property was well taken care of for an older building. Not the tidiest area I’ve seen, there were weeds growing in cracks of the sidewalks everyone. But it was safe, close to a Whole Foods with plenty of restaurants options. Would definitely stay again

Super friendly staff, great location that’s quiet and easily walkable to variety of food, shopping, and to Fenway Park. Our room was clean and neat and we loved that there was a plug-in fan we could set up with the window open for perfect temperature. We will stay again!

Lots of transportation options. Surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the main thoroughfares. Basic amenities, clean and well kept up. The stairs aren't the easiest to manage. Would be nice to have kitchen access after hours
