The staff at the front desk was outstanding. Polite, friendly and highly competent. The room was VERY clean, quite and more spacious than expected. Overall, great stay, I would recommend this property.

rooms are advertised as soundproof, however they are SOOOO loud. Road noise at all hours of the night. the gaps under the room door allow hallway noise in. the tvs of the neighboring rooms can be heard thru the night. above us, we constantly heard them walking around at all hours of the night. was very unrestful. not worth what was paid

Very clean! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable! Close to restaurants. Easy to get an uber or lyft ride! Walking distance to Walmart.

Ended up not staying here. Customer Service is horrible. Specifically Nandy. Didn't feel kept up. The lobby alone, we were greeted better by the spider and roaches, than the front desk clerk.

Bed sheets were dirty. There were 4 of us and we only got 2 towels- had to grab more each morning… once of the nights our service was never done in the room. Walls are super thin you can hear everything. The bathroom and room sizes are so small. Beds were small too. Floorboards were popping up. Not the best place to stay but it was close to where we needed to go.

The beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. We woke up sore the next day. Our shower had a cracked shower head so it Was leaking all over the bathroom floor. This hotel is on a very busy road making it difficult to get out of. There is also a restaurant/bar next-door which had an event going on with DJ and Live bands. Not the hotels fault, but something to keep in mind as the event was loud. All and all it was not the worst, but for the price you pay it would be nice to have complimentary breakfast.

Aside from the rooms being slightly dated and in need of some refurbishment, a very comfortable stay, very clean and the bed was perfect for my firmness preference, staff on hand 24/7 to help with any needs. Our dog was also made to feel very welcome!

It is ordinary hotel with 2 stars that has no breakfast and coffee only available for certain period of time at morning that we were missing on our stays. Dining at Chinese restaurant next door not bad benefits and only negative is location next to highway that create some annoying noice

The staff was rude and one of the pillows has blood so I don’t what is the cleaning that they do . On the booking say that includes breakfast and the only breakfast that they have was COFFE AND TEA. And supposed that you want to rest, but is impossible because the room that they give us was on front to te restaurant that have noisy party during all the night.

The “non-smoking upgraded room” with “snacks” stunk like stale cigarettes and mold. There was no snack and the AC unit stopped working every 10 minutes all through the night and we got NO SLEEP AT ALL WHILE WE SUFFOCATED. The beds were rock hard. The sheets had crusty yellow stains. Refrigerator froze our leftovers. No room to move in the bathroom. Will NEVER come back.

The experience was horrible. More bedbugs bites than you can count. Went to the doctor and got treated for bedbug bites. The worst experience ever. I should have read the reviews before I booked this place, most reviews complained about bedbugs… I wasted every penny I spent for staying there… horrible experience!!
