Disappointing
Lobby was nice. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast and coffee staff were not very friendly. And we used pull out couch which had red blood looking stain, asked to change rooms and that mattress had gross brown stain. Also cost $30 to pakr overnight and not a garage. Overall disappointing.

I booked 2 rooms. When I asked for adjacent rooms in the morning, lady in the front in the morning just was not welcoming. I wished good morning with no response. When I asked for adjacent rooms, her response was not possible as it will mess up their housekeeping schedule. I have never felt this cold at front desk in USA. At least up at the face they smile with greetings stating they will try and respond.

As Great As Promised and Reviewed!
This stay was under the duress of emergency family business that required our last minute travel from home in Europe to Boston. This property could not have done a better job of taking care of us. Our unit was fully functional, comfy and spotless and service at every turn was top notch. We ended up extending our stay from the initial 5 days to 9, and again, could not have been more comfortable in doing so. Thanks for making this tough trip easy. Kudos to the Marriott Brand!

Great staff, especially Rob on the front desk! Room was large and updated. Had a smart TV, a kitchen with cooktop, dishwasher and stocked with kitchen supplies. Linens were thick and soft. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaints: could hear people walking above us. And for location, the train doesn't run often in the evenings, and buses run late. Parking was $30 /day even though not close to downtown (but we knew that at booking, just something to note)
