Very nice hotel. Convenient location. About 1-mile walking distance from most major attractions. The only complaint was the loudness on the city streets at night--lots of horn honking. Our room was on the 20th floor. Bring a white noise machine.

Our experience with Revere Hotel in Boston is rather bittersweet. While the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable—spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas—my overall stay was overshadowed by the unwelcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the reception by staff who seemed disinterested. A warm welcome can set the tone for a stay, but here, I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued guest. Even basic questions were met with short, dismissive answers, which made me hesitant to ask for assistance during my stay. On the brighter side, the rooms were pristine and thoughtfully arranged, making for a comfortable environment to relax in. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. In summary, if you're looking for a tidy place to stay, this hotel delivers on that front. However, be prepared for a lack of warmth from the staff, which may leave you feeling a bit out of place. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as it would truly elevate the overall experience.

Loved our stay here! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was fantastic! Parking was a bit pricy but that is to be expected in a downtown area.

The property was nice and clean and very peaceful. The pool was larger than I had expected and was both indoor and outdoor access. There was also a nice hot tub. Lots of things to do outside on the water. We will definitely be back.

Location was great, close to Boston common, freedom trail and metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Additional amenity charge only advised 2 days before trip, not optional, and expensive for only using the WiFi from it. Didnt have breakfast at hotel but couple of min walk from Tatte bakeries.

Location is great. Disappointed that the roof top bar and grill wasn’t open and that wasn’t told in description. We also has someone above us that was very loud in weird hours all 4 nights making noise walking back and forth and I did even call once but never stopped.

(Sunday-Tuesday stay). Took us almost 6 hours to get here from out of town. So far, I have been disappointed with the bathroom. We have had no hot water for two days so it has been very unpleasant showering. The bathroom is very outdated. Everything is white. wallpaper on the walls are dirty with marks. The white shower has mildew in the corners. The toiletries seem old, I went to use the lotion and it was chunky and separated. The bedroom itself is OK. Beds are comfortable, but the pillows are extremely flat, I would suggest bringing your own. I was not able to sleep at all because of this. We turned the heat on in the room and it smelled like sour vinegar. there’s a small balcony that is just concrete that overlooks an ugly parking garage. There are no chairs or anything so there is not much of a point to going on the balcony. we stayed with our dog as it is a dog friendly hotel. It would be nice if they had a relief area for the dogs somewhere within or right outside of the hotel. There is the huge park down the street, but if your dog ends up having to use the bathroom in the night you have to walk down the street about 10 minutes to the park which is a little sketchy at night. Overall, the location seems pretty good of the hotel. Not to mention this is a very expensive stay, almost $1200 plus fees and almost $120 in parking that we will have to pay when we leave. I think it is a crime to charge your gu

I personally won't be staying at this hotel again. There was NO hot water in the mornings and the front desk said "well what do you expect when 400 people are showering st the same time". I paid extra for a "city view" room and my room was smaller and no different than my mom who paid regular price. Nothing at this hotel has made an impression on me. This is definitely not s 5 star hotel. There are MANY other hotels in the area that are better.

Upscale and nice room despite our shower not draining while showering, called twice to report to guest services, also walls are paper thin you can hear everything toilets flushing, showers turning on and doors slamming.
