Overall, our stay was okay and we do recommend this hotel, especially for the location. We did have an incident with our bathroom shower head falling apart but after our stay, a representative from the hotel assisted us with the issue. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

This was my first stay at this hotel. I arrived around 9 pm after an exhaustingly long trip. The front desk people were super friendly. I had requested a high-floor room. They upgraded my room to an even higher floor with a balcony. That made all the difference. I specifically want to thank Abdel for being so nice and friendly. The room was spacious, very clean, and modern-looking. Rooms don't come with a fridge, which can be an inconvenience, but there was always bottled water in the room and the housekeeping was immaculate. The gym room is large and clean. The location is great and within walking distance from restaurants, shops, and parks. They charge you about $40 per night for amenities like internet, gym, parking, TV, etc., that I wish was included in the hotel price. Overall, it is an amazing place to stay and will be on my list for my next trips to Boston.
