Overall, a decent and clean property with easy access to nearby Lahey Medical Center, my reason for stay. While a bit dated (no USB connections, worn furniture), the kitchen facilities in the room allowed me to prepare meals and not rely on fast food.

There were people hanging around the property day and night that were smoking weed. You would walk through the smell. The outside was area was not well-kept. The rooms were somewhat dingy and had to kill a few bugs during our stay. The hotel did not fit the excitement of the area surrounding it. Hotel did not meet our expectation.

Clean and Convenient
The suite was clean. The sofa bed was not so comfortable, but not too bad either. The pillows were excellent. Several restaurants and shopping are located nearby.

Clean but worn hotel.
The hotel was very tired and lived in. There seemed to be a lot of long term residents. Someone spilled trash on the hallway floor. The room itself was okay. The good: cold air, quiet and clean. The bad: the walls, cabinets and floors looked worn. Cabinets all scratched up and knobs were rusted. Walls patched in several places with different colored paint. It worked okay for a one night stay. No ice available unless you want to start the ice maker.
